Arrived in a Transit Custom, big van to find the entrance height restriction is 6.4, so had to try and find elsewhere. Shame it didn't show this on Wase or Google maps before causing a bit of chaos on trying to enter
Good area small mall in center.I bought a pillow from there.
Narrow spaces and the stairwells absolutely stunk of urine. Only saving grace is how near to town it is.
First & last visit today. The stairwells had the odour of ordure. The lift smelt of death. Pay machine out of order as indicated by crayoned paper notice sellotaped to the front. Inadequate & misleading signage meant that as the John Lewis car-park does not seem to be attached to the John Lewis store, I had to walk in the street and round the block to find my way in. This journey began with several attempts to exit the car park on foot before finding a pedestrian exit that did not have a homeless person behind the door bedding down for the night. Having the John Lewis name associated with this unspeakable eyesore is very bad PR for the company, which is a byword for quality.
Absolutely disgusting. Parked here with my young son and it was the most dirty place I've ever been in.nGot the lift down which smells like an old public toilet. The stairs back up were no better. Could actually see the wee marks up the wall on the exit to Sidwell Street. I felt like we both needed to go home and shower. £4.50 to park in what is effectively a public loo. I cannot believe John Lewis let their name anywhere near it.
