I needed an emergency appointment and they did amazing to accommodate me. I got seen within a few hours, got to the cause of the problem. Was very fast and efficient. Went back for a tooth extraction and the gentleman that removed my tooth was very reassuring and he was very professional. Again, fast and efficient. I am so very happy with the service I recieved. The staff were all so lovely and welcoming. Very lucky to had been able to go here. Would definitely be returning for my checkups etc. Thank you all very much! Could not fault your service what so ever!
Had a 2.5hr appointment with Naj and Ash today.... both were amazing! Made a very long appointment enjoyable! Both are professional, friendly and work great together. My teeth look amazing and I can't thank them enough! Feel like a new woman! Highly recommended xx
Dentist was quick to register with and got an appointment within a couple of weeks. While there, I booked a hygienist appointment. They had a waiting time of 8 weeks which is understandable. Two weeks before the appointment they have rang to cancel and can only give me an appointment in four month time. So I will go elsewhere.
I have recently had two visits to be treated by A LOVELY Dentist called Hikabanu and her very efficient and informative Dental Nurse by the name of Ashlee. What an enjoyable experience both visits were and the work was to a very high standard. Loved the humour as well, very relaxing. Thank you both of you.
I am hard of hearing, but lip-read very well, was so nervous to attend after 2 years absence. Hikabanu the dentist and Ashlee the dental nurse made me very relax, and welcome. The dental nurse Ashlee was telling me what the dentist was doing, and what the dentist was saying as she was wearing a mask. I have 2 more appointments to attend but I will not be nervous the next time round. If you are nervous dont be, they are a friendly team, the receptionist was lovely too. If you are hard of hearing dont be nervous just explain you cannot hear.
