My car has been to John Grose Accident Repair Centre on two occasions this year for a mix of private and insurance work. I was very happy with the service I received and a minor issue I had was rectified without argument. Car thoroughly valeted on each visit. All involved were a pleasure to deal with.

Don't send your car here. On the 3rd May 2016 I had an accident in my car, a person ran into the back. My insurance company placed my car for repair at John Grose Accident Repair Centre in Ipswich a few days later. After over two weeks to repair mainly a rear bumper and a telephone call from me I went to pick my car up on the following morning on my way to work. After going through all the paperwork I got into my vehicle and found that the windscreen was split. I brought this to there attention and was told they could do nothing for me as this was my responsibility not there's owing to a chip on the windscreen that arose whilst in there care. They cast aside my biggest complaint that was does J Grose hand back a car after repair in this condition and refuse to at least correct it. Obviously so, what a disgrace and disappointing indeed. I will therefore never darken their doors again with a vehicle of mine. They obviously don't give any respect or care to their customers PGT
