The team at John German were amazing. The property I sold was not with them, only the one I was purchasing. I had issues with my first time buyers and their solicitors and Lizzie at John German was on the case even though she was at the top of the chain. I can't fault the assistance given by Lizzie and her team. It was even better than the estate agents I used to sell my property. Lizzie was on the ball, helpful and did all she could to ensure that the purchase went through. She kept all parties informed throughout the long drawn out process and kept us on the straight and narrow when things were getting testy! Thanks Lizzie and to the rest of the team. I would recommend using them in a heartbeat!

I have just exchanged contracts and I'm so pleased that the people I'm buying from used John German, they have been wonderful. I don't think we would have got to this point without them. Estate Agents do so much more than just advertise your property, there is a long way to go from someone saying they want to buy your property to actually making it happen. I would definitely recommend John German, thank you so much.

The staff were always friendly and polite. If it was not possible to immediately answer a query they would always promptly call back. Despite being the property buyer (and so not directly employing John German) they were far more efficient and urgent in seeing to completing the purchase than my own mortgage advisor or conveyancer. I would highly recommend John German Ashby.

Great Customer Service at John German. Our property was only on the market for 7 days before we had sold and within 8 weeks we had moved into our new house. Have recommended to friends and family.
