Their decorating was good, so we booked them again.....and how foolish that was. Their customer services have been non-existent, culminating in them pulling out of a job which they grudgingly and finally committed to doing in 2 days time (on Friday and over the weekend) despite having agreed to do the job over the previous 2 days (Monday/Tuesday). This leaves me having spend time getting 2 rooms empty and ready for decorating, and the contents filling up other rooms at a point where we are not in a position to do the work ourselves. What is so very frustrating is that we were so very accommodating last time, even agreeing to them taking a day out to do work on another site, and to go out to do quotes for other customers, as well as the tea, coffee, biscuits, bacon sandwiches.... If you want good painting done, but do not care when, and don't mind rude and unhelpful messages form their staff, as well as cancellations, then go-ahead. Personally, I would not have them near my house again.
