What a great experience buying my Audi TT from Jack Danby Car Sales. From my first enquiry to picking the car up, the service provided by Jack and his family was professional, stress free, courteous and friendly. I travelled from North Yorkshire by train to Lincoln where I was very kindly picked up at the station by Jack's mother and taken to pick up my new purchase. Just to say a very big thank you to Jack and his father John for the outstanding service they have given us over the last week. I had been looking for a car for my elderly parents, whose vehicle had been written off through no fault of their own, and I came across John Danby Car Sales on Autotrader. I spoke with Jack on the phone to arrange going over to the garage to view this particular car. He was efficient and helpful and informative about the vehicle I was interested in. We purchased the car after a test drive, feeling that the price was incredibly fair for the age, mileage and condition of the car, and drove it away today with a full 12 month MOT and looking like it was a new vehicle. Between arranging a convenient time to view the vehicle and actually arriving at the garage, there had been several other enquiries about the car. However, Jack & John honoured the fact that an appointment had been made with us and that we would be given first refusal on the vehicle. It is really nice to know that there are some honest and respectable people in business. Also, their patience with my parents was second to none, for which I am most grateful. Should we need another car in the future I would first and foremost contact this garage, confident knowing that I would be offered sensible advice and a professional customer service. I can certainly recommend this business to anyone wishing to purchase a used car.
