John overhauled my old Tudor oyster and replaced the glass. Excellent service and cannot be faulted. He posted my watch back to me. John is a true craftsman.

Very disappointing customer service. Would not do a simple job of removing a couple of links from a watch bought for my partners birthday without making us wait for an hour, despite knowing we were on holiday and didn't have another hour left to spend in the town. In my experience as someone who works in a customer facing environment, you always go above and beyond to help your customers, not just do things when it suits you. Poor attitude and completely unapologetic about it too. Wouldn't recommend if you want service with a smile!

John Cronin restored my gold Omega after years of misuse - new glass, case polished and dial restored. wonderful result at very reasonable cost.
