Purchased second hand bike and got delivered; bike damaged in transit, but sales dept got panniers repainted, I took white paint from van off mirror.nFirst time used; pre ride checks, rear tyre 25psi instead of 42psi.nConcerns over possible slow puncture or tyre not sealing on rim.nHeated grips not working, left completely dead and right tepid at best.nLet sales department know and they passed to service; I got call from service to book in and date for collection set; was told this was due to department being quiet.nGot bike back today but all in all they had bike for nearly 3 weeks.nI had to instigate updates and found staff in service department less than helpful.nNot the same quality of service that John Clark BMW was known for.
Customer Service are two words which this company does not know the meaning of. If it were possible to score less than 1 star then it would be appropriate. They never ring back and you have to keep making the enquiries as to what is happening.
Disinterested salesman, couldn't be bothered getting keys for any used car, and then after inviting us into the showroom, he opened one car and then disappeared to chat to a lady on the sofa! Never even asked our names, business or anything about what we were looking for. He should go to VW and learn some skills and manners from their sales team. It must be hard enough to sell Range Rovers at present due to reliability and theft issues, but if you employ a salesman like this, matters won't improve! He didn't even ask our name or contact details, he must have had more pressing issues to deal with!
Awful customer service, the chap who I assume is the manager who sits behind the glass up the steps makes you feel like a nuisance and an annoyance - not a paying customer. Truly horrible experience. If you can avoid this garage I would recommend you do.
I’ve used Gerry & the team at John Clark Motor Group 3 times over the last couple of years. Bought 2 new cars & sold a car both using the Aberdeen & Stirling branches.nExcellent customer service & seem to go above and beyond to help you out. Great to use a dealership I can trust!
