Woefully bad food. Had something good here a year or two ago but this time the extra toppings I ordered were barely there and the cheesecake arrived frozen through. Crust was tough as hell and felt out of date. All went in the bin and ordered elsewhere. Absolute joke.
Absolutely awful food. Not only was the delivery late but the food was cold. Had clearly stated no tomatoes due to an allergy…burger had tomato’s on and so much grease the bun was wet! The cheese on the chips had gone hard yes like rubber and the onion and lettuce need to be changed guys to fresh… clearly been there for days!
Avoid!!!!! Tried to order online but it wouldn’t work. Rang the shop to be told it would be more expensive to order over the phone. When I explained that I was unable to order online as their website was down, I was told “that’s your problem, not mine!” Disgusting attitude.
I order from here last night , I had the family feast deal , the garlic bread was moldy and the coleslaw was rotten and the smell was disgusting there’s no way they didn’t know the coleslaw wasn’t gone off because you only had to smell it and you could smell it was rotten and there was black mold in the tub of coleslaw. I ordered off Uber eats so I’ve got my refund I sent photos to Uber and I’m reporting it to food healthy and safety
My partner ordered dinner for our family at 7.10pm tonight and it STILL hasn't turned up and the line is busy. Tried calling but line busy so I do not reccomend using this company.
Food is always early, hot, not stingey with their toppings and they're the only pizza company that have every time got my order spot on. Its sad to say it should be exspected but reality my order is never or barely ever right when ordered food from elsewhere. Brilliant work Joe's x
Quality has dropped used to be my faborite pizza spot now they serve rhem cold and there was gristle on the pizza tasted horrrible think this will be the last time i vist as it happened last and i thought it was a one off
Sorry to say i tried this olaxe never liked it. Pizza is tastless. Most side orders fried un healthy. Did not enjoy my experience
Disgusting customer service. Ordered a meal they forgot my drink. Delivery driver said he would get one sent out right away. I waited for 2 hours no one turned up. I phoned the shop the next day the manager said when I order next he will include my free drink and for my inconvenience something for free. I ordered again and was told very rudely that u would get nothing for free just my drink that they missed off. Appalling.
After being a happy customer for years tonight are pizzas came and they didn't taste right. Looked all over and the back of the base was moldy actual literal mold on both pizzas. I called to report it they dismissed me and said the doe was fresh. I have pics to prove
