Went on Wednesday 14th Aug 2013 at 7pm. Had booked via website but got no confirmation so had to ring up to check. Nice setting on the riverside but a bit dark in there. Meal for the price was small. Would have been better off going to a Sizzler and would have got just as much on the 2 for £5 deal. Staff not that bothered. Did not have any Southern Comfort for my wife so not a good start as that's her fave tipple. Staff cleared meal plates away and never seen them again. No one came to see if we wanted dessert or the bill etc. Eventually went to the bar paid up and left. No tip left and won't be going again. Can't see them lasting much longer.
This Joe Rigs is much better than the one in Middlesbrough. I'm from Middlesbrough myself. The food here tasted & looked great. Service was quick & the waiters were sharp. Prices are Moderate / Average pricing however some may say its expensive. But then again you have an excellent view, excellent service, and outstanding food. You get what you pay for... right?
