Security staff act like absolute animals, I’m shocked at the way they treat the public. For context search YouTube for “eye spy audits”

First time in Jobcentre, and met a wonderful man ‘ Steve’ absolutely amazing, helped me with everything!!

Like most goverment depts the Job centres their main goal when you call with a query is to explain that you have got the wrong dept and that they cant help you, they then give you the number to Debt management  which you call, they then tell you that its the wrong dept and ask you to call the job centre, and so the dance goes on, neither party wanting to take ownership of help you. Each Dept claiming its not their area and they cant help me, but they're very very sorry...... so its ok.

G4S security guards attack and physically assault anyone who doesn't obey them

just watched the security break the law with an assault, maybe the police need to look into the activity of the workforce
