Staff are genuinely nice. Although they do not really help you to find a job, they will try and sign you up to the army reserves because that is the easiest job to get. Always full of junkies. The waiting time is usually within around 5-10 mins of your appointment time.
The institution where double standards, rude and unhelpful staff still exists. That especially applies to the "big man" working with attending customers. It's about time to hire someone with respectful attitude for everyone, not just friends, and 21st century mindset. Awful place.
I have been on the phone for a minimum of half an hour the last three days, trying to get through to the jobcentre and DWP, Total nightmare! I wouldn't have thought it would be hard to find people to man the phones. There's hundreds of migrants arriving here every week...
Staff are helpful but their hands are always tied by government red tape. Shame!
