place is a joke. they have no clue what they are doing and don't want to help. this is the worst job centre ever and don't even deserve the one star. I feel sorry for the security gaurd having to deal with customers who are irate due to the professionalism of the staff.

Some of the staff are ok and one or two of them might be able to help with basic queries
