The,... My! experience, started out really well! Two 2 thumbs up! Friendly, curtious, accommodating,... They couldn't do enough! I couldn't say enough . But,... The more I went, the harder it seemed to get! or the harder they seemed to make it? Then, there's the courses you have to do! You can be there for hours!! What's with "No Toilets"?? Is that to see how committed you are??? Anyways, let's see how things go from here? Can't see them getting worse?? Or can they???
Pretty cool place, security on every floor ,customer service is exemplary, friendly polite helpful staff.
Horrible staff they say they did something and then couple weeks later you find out they haven’t they waste your time and tell you come to the building and they are not there them selves and they act so arrogant.
You're waiting to be seen for hours whilst the staff are sitting behind desks chatting to each other doing nothing. It's a joke .
Really nice staff. Great help for students just out of university or college.
Great location easily accessible but the staff reduce the stars and very unprofessional as never see customers in allocated time
Treat people like animals , very very sad . Feel depressed the way in which people are treated .
Always found the staff helpful with my enquires!
