The black lady which is a security, should be more patient with your costumers. The way talk to me to keep my child quite and close to me was rude, her tone of voice and look. My son is 21 month, and at this age doesn't listen to mommy much especially in a new place. I just wanted to ask if my CV is alright to start work, I am not a single mom, I didn't came to make a claim, I came to ask advice, in the end I left in tears with some paper in my hand and confused with what's that lady problem? Clearly, not welcome any moms with their children as is annoying for them all. The lady which spoke with me by the desk she was nice and polite and understanding, the security are the problems. I am thinking now, while she standing doing nothing,just getting bored, couldn't they just distract my child for 5 min as I needed so I can sort things out? Not their job, I understand, just a kind act, as my son was nice too, he was smiling and playing nice. So disappointed, came home full in tears and upset.
not attended a job centre since i was a teen, found the staff members very helpful on attending with my daughter. Kindly appreciate the help and advise given. Many Thanks for you hard work
