Useless place and staff Had an appointment at 1430 230pm today 6 members of staff sat twiddling their thumbs or on their computers, only other customer waiting to be seen, extremely useless, staff are literally D.I. L.L.I.G.A.F.F towards you, Would never want to come back here again for any more appointments
Failing to book initial appointment. It’s been a month now. They’ve been contacted by the government on two separate occasions, mid January and today. They have failed to call. Unacceptable.
