It’s a good place but not a fan of how I get there and they tell me I needed someone with me like 20 mins before my appointment even though I had no idea, then had to go all the way home after travelling 45 mins there. Telling me days before when my appointment was made would’ve been better. Also say I missed a phone call when never got rang , cmon guys.

Terrible staff. No one to talk to all the staff just pass the book on and they all don't want to be there. Absolutely no compassion, not helpful at all.

Staff amazing and willing to work , productive and really helpful. I've been here for less than 1 hour and I had all the documents fulfilled. Really good job to the staff. If you have the right documents you can have them completed by the end of the week.
My fiance couldn't wait inside the building for me. I would understand that he can't get to the actual interview for my national insurance number, but not even in the lobby. Other than then I was there only for like 15 minutes.
Had the worst experience, the guy named kenny i had to meet was extremely rude and acted i was a nuisance when it's literally his job to guide us and understand our problems. How are people like him still working there!
Finally got to speak to my interviewer about 40 minutes after my appointment time, but Stuart was incredible. We had a lovely chat and got everything done easily and smoothly.

Parking is a nightmare and is easier to travel to and from via bus on Wilmslow Road. Staff are helpful.
