Does not deserve any stars whatsoever, untrained staff, arrogant, ignorant and overly rude. Govan Jobcentre is not a place that anyone would want to attend and someone in authority should have done something about the place before now.
They never ever know any answer for simple and easy questions. If you ask them what they can help with they will tell you that you are rude and ask you to go away. I always speak politely but I expect something more than printed list of websites. I have my own printer and I can do this without them.nDear Govan Jobcentre staff, please understand that honesty doesn't mean that someone wants to be rude.
Staff all went above and beyond today and also security were amazing with my little one who there and they were utterly amazing. Special thanks to the dark haired lady with the glasses she was absolutely amazing and couldn’t have been more helpful with my mum today.
Staff very rude didn’t want to assist me in the slightest seemed as if they wanted me to make a scene of some sort with them. Think the must be used to aggressive people because I was the one who had to turn round and say look I’m asking one question if you cant help that’s fine there is just no need to be so rude and confrontational honestly not a place I would ever want to go back for help .
Hi would like to say how pleasant everyone is at govan job centre been down a few times and i have seen five different people, could not get any nicer people , so helpful and very nice and cheerful . I got everything resolved many thanks to the staff........................
