Very incompetent people. They screwed up both my and my partners claim. They forgot to send some letters due to this my housing benefit has stopped. They very unhelpful and they do not know what they are doing. Oh yh they have managed to send me a letter stating that if I don't find work in 6 month I should leave the country even though I was continously working since 2009....disgusting and discriminating service!

Very unpleasant and they seem to get a power trip on other people struggling! Every time I have gone for help I only come away worse of and angry! Not very nice people at all.....

Was accused of being late, when I had arrived over an hour early was then approached by a lady who was obnoxious and rude, if you can get by without them do so as they provide a useless service with 0% help of actually gaining employment. Also the phone service is useless ask everyone who you speak to record their names as they dont record your info properly or give recent and current info as most are inadequate of being able to fullfill their roles. Maybe thats due to them not reciving training or just lazyness....
