Absolutely disgusting that u lock a PUBLIC building because someone has a camera. You obviously missed the DWP memo that says its a public place and filming is allowed. Revolting tory thugs.
Personally for myself; I have a lovely work coach whom I've been able to see on consecutive dates which is massively important when having to use this service, already on the back foot it's no easier to be passed around the staff and repeat yourself over and over which wastes time, defeating the point of going there. However, although I can appreciate the need for some "security" the number of G4S staff that are present is clearly unessecary, and although they are polite and helpful it can feel like they expect you to start a mass murdering spree....similar to some store detectives that blatantly follow you making you feel guilty and I know I don't look that shady! They help with guiding you to which part of the building you need to get to so I doubt the threat level covers a full shift for any of them, ....but isn't this hypocritical of a service that could show iniative in fair and cost efficient staffing, like having a receptionist??
I would like to say a massive thankyou to Steve & Hilary for their help today. I visited the job centre with my brother Paul & they went above & beyond to help him. Exceptional service from 2 very compassionate people. Thankyou.
Tried to phone and got put on hold for ages. Tried later and got a different message, eventually as they give you all their websites first, to get yet another automated service that could not understand that I needed to order a simple form. And I got charged on my phone bill for this "help"?
Arrogance personified... I hate that my taxes go into the pockets of these incompetent degenerates. They are all under the impression that their name badge is proof of superiority. Couldn't have been a more negative experience.

Brought my nephew to sign on for the first time, appt time 13:50, called him in at 14:00 upon looking at jsa t&c, if my nephew is late by ten minutes he can loose his jsa, will the customer service agent loose pay for being late? No I doubt it very much,
The most unprofessional establishment I have evercome across. They bully people and then stick up for each other. I was treated very unfairly by these people
Usually seen on time. My job coach Katrina is very helpful and friendly.
Best jobcentre I've had to use. My advisor is a nice person, I've kept to my agreement and so have they.
