Most incompetent job centre I have ever had to deal with. Out of touch staff with no idea how to deal with current issues, unsure if they are overworked or just have poor interpersonal skills and even worse memory. The one younger guy working there was sound though.

The most unhelpful uncaring government workers work here. Probably the worst job center in the country

Honestly worst service there is been waiting 3 months for employer support allowance to come through and it hasn't honestly need to get their stuff together...
