The staff in this shop are incredibly rude and unpleasant, I’ve had several encounters of them being really unhelpful and put out with a real attitude. I returned something once with a receipt and was made to feel really uncomfortable and as though I’d done something wrong. They were very suspicious even though the item was in new condition with tags, they questioned me and really examined it in detail, it made me feel really upset. I think with an overpriced boutique store like this you’d expect better customer service.
I have bought from JoJo many times. Made an order ready for my granddaughters Christmas in November. Had to chase delay to now be told waiting stock and no date for delivery! Don’t sell me something you haven’t got to sell! Really disappointed and won’t trust them as a company again…. Feel scammed!
Really nice products and good sale prices. However staff are very rude I have experienced this on multiple occasions and make it very difficult for you to return and exchange items - be careful!
I just went to pick up my package from your store and was met by some pretty rude customer service. I had my dog with me, I walked in and was rudely told to leave as dogs are not allowed in. I said that's fine but can I pick up a package, I'm happy to wait at the door. And again I was told I have to leave immediately. It was like I was bringing in the plague. I wouldn't expect such rude customer service and I won't be shopping from your company again as a result. Also to flag, all your customers leaving the store were pretty happy to see my dog.
Rude customer service. Went in looking for something for my son and my wife stayed outside with our dog as they don’t allow dogs. Felt patronised because I didn’t know what he needed exactly and the staff member didn’t feel like helping me. She suggested it would be better if she spoke to my wife… way to make a dad feel welcome in your shop!
Rude, unfriendly and arrogant. Spent a fair good chunk of money in this shop and the manager was so rude and unfriendly, it was actually shocking. I left feeling so confused as to why the manager was so rude and dismissive but then I read the reviews... This is a higher end retail shop and customers expect a level of service for how much they spend in there. Reading through the reviews shows how rude they have been for a long time. I shopped in there September 2022 and they are still as rude and unfriendly as ever. You get better service in Matalan!
Why are the staff here so rude? The women are so unfriendly. Used to shop in west hampstead store and they’re lovely in there. There are two women who treat you like you’re a massive inconvenience for shopping there. Won’t return. Regret buying anything in this store now!
The store is nicely designed and has a decent size. The staff on the other hand, especially the manager, is rude and not customer friendly. I had some unpleasant encounters there and now decided that I will never buy anything again from that brand.
I bought a beanie and they gave me a 10% voucher for my next visit. I forgot that voucher pregnancy brain lol and asked her to give me a new one, the manager said well if you forgot it, then you forgot it. She refused to open the drawer next to the till and hand me over another free voucher - I found this very weird but bought socks and bath grown anyways. On that day another customer came in with a dog and in front of all customers the manager told her to leave the store. Instead of going to her and explain her that dogs are not allowed, the whole store listened to their uncomfortable discussion of why she should leave and that she always used to come with a dog and a buggy. I did not like the way the customer was treated.
My son did not like the socks as they were slipping off and were quite loose. He is 2.5 and the socks are made for 2-4year olds. I washed them before due to my sons sensitive skin. I wanted to return them and phoned the customer line up. They reassured me that I can indeed return them even though there are washed. Me, heavily pregnant, made my way to the store and the manager refused to take it back. There was no solution/alternative offered, she actually just did not care. I complained via email that I was misinformed and that I did not like the treatment I received as a customer - but even there - “they stand by the decision of the store” - that’s fine but making me walk all the way and then leaving me like this is not right. A business like Jojo should be able to compensate and make customers happy. This does not mean to take it back if that’s the policy but there are so many other ways to make the customer feel OK and appreciated. I feel that the customer’s feelings has no value in-store and online. They have lost a possible loyal customer - but who cares, right?
Hi gays, we just get for our daughter a scooter deluxe and another thing for it, like helmet, pull scoot and handle ribbons. All of them we get with an discounted. So on scooter we economy 26 pounds, another items some pounds, still appreciate as we all parents know how much many we spent daily on the kids. It was absolutely easy to decide colour and size of scooter, because our shop assistant was absolutely informed and ready to all our questions. We are very happy with their customer services, and separate Bog Thanks to Timea, shop staff who helped us to make a choice. Definitely recommend this shop gays.
Crouch End locals and expecting our first child. The products are nice but the staff were unwelcoming and rude on both visits including today. Not one to leave reviews but strong pass here.
