By far the best cut I have is always at Jo and Cass. I have been to Jo and Cass in Lancaster, Preston and Morecambe. Not once have I had anything less than a fantastic service. The consultation is lengthy, the advice is right, the time taken is heart felt and the attentiveness of the staff is unparalleled. Absolutely my number one choice. And to top it off, I get a personal text after most visits to ensure I am happy with my cut. Would not consider going anywhere else.

Paid extortionate amounts for wedding hair and make up. Salon kept changing the price and changing the service. Left me in tears the day before my wedding then made me feel extremely awkward the morning of my wedding. When I complained the owner completely dismissived me. If I could change one thing about the lead up to and my wedding this salon would be it.

Got my hair done how I wanted, very friendly people. Helped me with the after treatment and explained what needed to be done for my next appointment.
