Great quick service, all fixed, great price, very honest.
I don't normally leave reviews but really felt I had to. Joel has to be one of the most professional and politest people I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. He listen to what I wanted, offered a solution and at a good price too. The work is neat, tidy and he even came back to my property and changed something I had a second thought on. Nothing was too much trouble! I would definitely recommended JNB Aerials it you want an honest, professional service at a fair price.
Excellent service from JNB Aerials. Turned up on time, listened to our TV issues and diagnosed the problem. Discussed options for aerial repair or replacement. When decision made, the work was undertaken the same day. Nick was great - did all the work himself. Everything completed to our satisfaction and the price was very fair too.
I contacted JNB Aerials as I was having problems with my digital TV reception. Joel responded to my email that I sent on a Sunday within an hour I didn't even want two pairs of specs! and had resolved the issue the following day. Joel clearly has a great deal of knowledge around installing matrix systems & I recommend him to anyone who wants a professional approach to fixing problems at pace!
After being highly recommended from a friend, JNB Aerials did not disappoint. I wanted a home entertainment system installed without any problems and at a good price, they ticked both boxes. Top service, great lads. Highly recommend.
Had to have a new aerial fitted due to wear and tear. Jnb came out when said they would. Nick was really polite, neat and efficient. Petrina was helpful and lovely to speak to on the phone. Would definitely recommend and use them again.
I wanted my TV wall mounted and read good reviews for this company so thought I'd give them a go. Nick the engineer who came to do the initial valuation was very helpful but the they'd doubled the cost of what's quoted on the website as the mount was going above a fireplace. I still asked them to go ahead and do the job but they stopped answering emails after I'd asked for a cost break down. Ended up putting the TV on the wall myself and saving myself £350. EDIT: In response to the reply, i'll happily change the review if you can show you responded to both email queries where I asked to book in the job see attached photo.
Reliable and honest. Arrived on time, pleasant and polite. We were not getting all the Freeview channels. Joel quickly established that it was simply a bad connector, replaced it and retuned. Everything now fine. Only charged us £15. Would definitely recommend and will use again if needed.
Booked an engineer to check the very poor reception on my tv using freeview aerial which was fitted by them a couple of yrs ago, by a friendly and helpful engineer and the satellite dish for my freesat, which is not working at all. The time slot for my booking was 3-6pm, I was told this would allow for a quote and if required any work to be carried out. The engineer called me and arrived at 2.30pm. I explained that even light drizzle or showers resulted in the loss of all my tv channels when watching freeview. They checked the signal on the tv aerial wire inside and said that I couldn't get a better signal in the area that I live in and he would quote me for an amplifier. I asked if he could check the reception on the satellite wire inside, which he did and said the lnb needed replacing. He then went to put his equipment back in his van saying that he would call me back in a bit with a quote. I waited all afternoon but never heard back
Had a new aerial fitted to 3 TVs. Very thorough, professional job, and had no problems coming back out to adjust the aerial for perfect reception. Couldn't be more pleased and would definitely recommend.
