I have bought all my cars 4! from JMC / BHM now, from my very first car to my current one! Every time I go in I am astounded by the attention to detail and the customer service. Every single car I have had has been absolutely perfect, I cannot thank them enough for everything they have done for me over the years. I will continue to go back for years to come I'm sure, and the new showroom is absolutely stunning! Definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy a used car! Great guys and great cars!

Really really happy with JMC. Got a great deal on a Peugeot 308 and I'm over the moon with it. Both John and Will were really professional but also friendly and personable. Previously working for a car dealership, I had a little insight into how dealers try to get the best deal possible for themselves, but at JMC it was very different. It seemed that they did whatever they could to make me the customer happy. Got a great deal, great car, great experience. The first place I will go for my next car is JMC without a doubt! Without any shadow of a doubt, is the best dealership I have EVER been to. Top work guys
First class service from first contact to driving off the forecourt. I dealt with Will who was extremely helpful, knowledgable with great customer focus. Really impressive premises too, the whole set up is very efficient and professional. I would buy from these guys again without hesitation and highly recommend if you want a stress free, high quality car purchase.
Dreadful customer service. I enquired about a vehicle and after a number of phone calls backwards and forwards I advised I would purchase the car. I was told they were extremely busy and they would get back to me to complete the deal as soon as possible. Contacted them two days later after not hearing anything from them to be told they had sold to someone else. This is not the way to treat potential customers. I feel very let down and rather annoyed. I would not recommend.
Have just bought a Freelander 2 from JMC, arrived late Monday night to have a quick look, bought this morning Wednesday. Will was excellent throughout, car was presented in an immaculate fashion and the buying of the car was straight forward. Probably the easiest and most straight forward car buying experience I have had, ever. I will definitely return when I want to trade in my Golf.

I’ve used JMC before and had an amazing experience, so I didn’t hesitate to get in touch when it was time to change cars. The click and collect process couldn’t have been better, all of my questions about the car were answered and explained perfectly. I picked up my new BMW 4 series Gran Coupé today and couldn’t be happier, the car even exceeded my expectations, it’s absolutely beautiful and John had all of the procedures you’d expect to make you feel safe whilst on site collecting your car. Thank you once again JMC!
