JM Plumbing and Property Maintenance is a local Scarborough company who has been working in the plumbing industry for the past eight years, all over the country fitting bathrooms on building sites for 4&5 star hotels such as The Midland Hotel in Manchester that was featured on a documentary on channel 4, The Palace Hotel also Manchester. Various hotels such as Premier Inns, Village Hotels, Holiday Inns from Glasgow to Plymouth. Before that I gained other skills working for local gardening and landscaping companies and 4 years experience working for a local painter and decorator. So I have built up quiet a varied portfolio of skills from working on shop re-fits for local take-aways and pubs, re-pointing walls and buildings, to redoing interior decor of salons. I can cover most jobs to a 5 star finish and am very reasonably priced. If its a large scale job you are looking for I can even supply sub-contractors and have a few electricians and plasterers I can use. The main duties supplied by myself are Plumbing, tiling, painting and decorating, joinery, basic building repairs, gardening and landscaping (including turfing supplied and laid), I also have an extensive knowledge on plants such as perennials, biennials, annuals and shrubs and can supply and plant these, we also supply an extensive range of topiary, all shapes and sizes, all grown at home over the last twenty years, which make a nice feature either side of your entrance or we can supply topiary hedging to make a nice low level garden feature. I don't cover gas at the moment, however I am on track of starting my gas training and will be advertising as soon as I have built up enough knowledge working alongside local gas engineers and received my Gas Safe certificate. Even though my main trade is plumbing, I have decided to offer a range of skills as JM Plumbing isnt a household name yet and offering a wide range of skills should keep me in business long enough to get my name known.
