Excellent Quality of work and service.  We had a very ill dog for the last few months and our rug was her go to place for all things!  By the time she died, the rug was in a dreadful state.  We had attempted to clean it ourselves, but were sure it was unrecoverable.  We asked JL Carpet Cleaning to examine it.  It had every conceivable animal bodily fluid in it and had been rolled and left in the garage so was moldy and it stank.  Jared told us he would do his best.  His best is brilliant.  It came back like new.  We were astounded.  It was soft, the wood was soft to the touch and the it was totally brought back to life.  I would highly recommend JL.  Great service, good communications and excellent value for money.

We used JL carpet twice and in both occasions we were very please! The carpet look like new! Jared is very nice, friendly and he helped us to accommodate our times when we moved out! Highly recommend!!

Exceptionally happy with the cleaning of our stairs and the rescuing of our beloved new ottoman which we’d carelessly thought we’d destroyed with a tough stain.  Couldn’t be happier.

we are very pleased with the excellent results we received on the cleaning of our 2 suites and lounge carpet. Jared carried out a fantastic job with the least upset to us old ones for which, we express our huge -thanks he worked tirelessly throughout the day and we will most certainly recommend his workmanship to family and friends who have already been in touch with JL to have their carpets cleaned. Absolutely awesome clean!! So helpful with aftercare tips aswell and prevention for future stains! Highly recommend!
