Bought an 840i last week through Jonathon, very professional and knowledgeable about the car courteous to my wife and I. Delighted with trade in given for my 4 series coupe. Highly recommend this dealership and Jonathon to anyone seeking a used BMW.
Just picked up my 6GT from JKC and I’m in love!nThe start to the finish of the process was very smooth from Jonathon Henderson offered me great advice and information about the car and made the stress of getting a new car easier especially when coming from London to belfast. They had arranged a pick up from Belfast airport by Dez who brilliant and on time and when we arrived, I saw the car and fell in love! For used and approved car the team made this car immaculate from the interior to the exterior; thanks so much to Josh who apparently took 2 days to valet this! Not surprised, it was pristine, and finally the hand over with Jonathan was super easy and very personal with a gift of flowers. Would be a pleasure using you again. Thank you so much
Excellent experience from start to finish..my wife purchased a car off JKC mini,she was absolutely delighted by the way she was treated,friendly courteous staff who were knowledgeable and professional..they even presented her with a bunch of flowers when she came to pick the vehicle up...now that's how you win back customersWell done JKC .
Bought an 840 2021, 8k miles through Jonathan mid May 2023, online, and on delivery looked good. After driving 1-200 miles, front bumper pops out from one of the clips, I popped it back in. Another 2-3 wks later it pops out again, after now driving 3-400 miles over 6wks. Email JKC, no response July 2023. Take it to my local BMW dealer Aug in Hertfordshire who confirmed that the bumper needs replacing 3k and that there is no other visible damage to the bumper, confirming I couldn't have knocked it in that time, so it would have to be the previous owner. They provide an official report in Sept 23 i've been with them 13yrs with other BMW's. I contacted JKC, again not responding to first emails, only 2nd or 3rd, eventually having to phone - who told me to get another quote from an independent!! - who said the same thing > needs replacing. JKC refused to repair, replace, or provide any compensation. They put nothing in writing, despite multiple requests, only telephone calls, which says a lot. Considering I paid list price, I thought this was pretty poor game, and will take this further with the Motor Ombudsman. I'd have also expected it wouldn't have needed any servicing for 12mths but they also refused to cover brake fluid change circa £200 due Aug 23. LESSON - NEVER BUY ONLINE, ALWAYS SEE THE CAR FIRST!
All togerher lovely experience. We had a pleasure to be meet Gavin as he was our sales representative. We were really pleasantly surprised by the service he offered, we tokens of appreciation which we enjoyed very much. Again thank you for fantastic experience and we are looking forward to enjoying our new purchase from JKC, BMV showroom in Coleraine.
