I went in and had my car cleaned inside and out today for £20. When I went to pick my car up the only bit they had cleaned was the wheel trims. I am a very unsatisfied customer and very disgusted with the service that I received today. They refunded me £10 purely because I complained but I should have had a full refund because when checking my car shortly after they haven't even washed or hoovered the car. I would not recommend you go to this car wash, the staff are lazy and couldn't be assed to clean my car but yet still wanted my money.
Had basic Hoover and outside clean and polish. Looked like a new car. Excellent customer service for.me and my daughter who needed seats cleaned. Will be using again
