Excellent friendly service. Didn't wait long for the cab to arrive and the driver was even happy to take my German shepherd dog. Would definitely recommend Jim's cab's and I will certainly use again.
Wow!! I was parked in train station taxi bay waiting for my son at 8:18pm to come off bus as bus was in Albany rd no other taxis there saw this taxi as I was parked in middle so I moved right up to the end for him to park right up to my bumber of car. Where I couldn't see his headlights He got out told me to move and park in train station car park I said I wasn't going be long he started getting funny with me yes I got funny back for him to shout at me in my face while I'm in my my car shouting MOVE. I have reported him to the police as shouldn't speak to a young woman like that. And I won't be using Jim's again.
Very very rare they are late to pick you up, they are early more often than not. The drivers are friendly and the prices are very reasonable.
Saved the day! We was let down on New Year’s Eve from a different taxi company. Jim’s taxis were great in coming up with a way to get all 7 of us to st Ives and back on New Year’s Eve. They arrived on time to pick us up on the early hours to bring us back to perranporth. Lovely drivers. Thank you!
Poor service. Left my friend stranded and he missed his hospital appointment.
I booked a taxi to go to the train station and it didn’t arrive. I had to call to get them to send one out. Not exactly what you want when you are trying to catch a train to London. Very unreliable, would not recommend.
Rubish ordered a taxi for a time didnt turn up till 30mins waiting with 2 poorly young children who were screaming didnt even care that he was late will not be usjng these again
