"It's all in the Experience"

That tag line sits boldly under the main Jim Reid sign at the garage, you can't miss it! For people like me who have bought cars from Jim Reid over the last 10 years really appreciate what that means. Reading all the other reviews I see that lots of other customers new and returning have had the same unbeatable service.

However, in my opinion the true measure of a business is how they deal with a problem. In over 8 cars I have only ever had a single problem, a good testament to Jim and Phil in itself.

How was it handled? As you would expect from a company with a reputation as good as Jim Reid Vehicle Sales, brilliantly! No hassle, no fuss, promptly sorted and to top it all I was kept on the road throughout with a use of a courtesy car.

It's all in the experience….…..It certainly is.

Many Thanks to Phil for his patients and skill in finding my wife her perfect car, a beautiful Silver Mercedes A250…..not an easy task but one you took in your stride.

I have now bought 3 cars from Jim and his team, and every time the experience has been amazing!  I remember buying my first car, and he didn't have what I wanted in stock, but he went out of his way to source the car, and bring it onto his lot for me to look at, no obligations.  It was an amazing experience, and one that I will always remember.  Thoroughly recommend!

Not a lot of dealers out there that you can trust ? 
Rest assured this establishment is the absolute best of the best and it doesn't get any better. I'm extremely  happy with my nearly new car at a fraction of competitors prices. I am also pleased with my trade in price. Will most certainly be buying here again. Thanks a bunch to Jim Reid and everyone that went the extra mile to ensure we enjoyed our new car  experience when collected on the day - thanks again.
