Just bought my wife her second new Mini Cooper classic 5 dr from Joe Massey at Lloyd Colne. Joe is friendly, not pushy, professional, very knowledgeable and easy to deal with, hence this is our second car purchased from him. I have also recommended friends to deal with him too. All the staff there are very friendly and I would definitely recommend here to purchase a new or used Mini. 5 *****
Went for a recall walked out with a new.car. Not all sales men are the same. Matt was extremely professional polite and ordinary, not pushy and listened to us. I would quite happily buy a car off Matt again, very nice man and an absolute credit to Lloyds
Just swapped my Mini Countryman Hybrid for a petrol one. Joe was the best car person I have ever met. Friendly, funny, easy to deal with, professional and knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to make sure my new car was absolutely perfect. Will definitely be back when I’m ready for another. Thanks also to Warren. In fact everyone was so lovely. Anthony Jones and Rik are an asset to the company. The most kind, caring and thoughtful people you could ever wish to meet and the reason I choose to take my business to them. Also my daughter too has cars from them because of the way they support their customers especially in times of trouble. Thank you, two small words, but they are heartfelt....
Rang them to arrange a test drive and spoke to the sales person. He told me they didn't have the specific car in stock even though the BMW site stated they had both new and used versions in stock but stated they had one in the Lloyds group. Took my details and said he would contact me in the week to arrange a test drive the following weekend as requested. A week later, no contact, obviously won't be giving them the opportunity of my business again ! I thought the motor industry especially a supposedly luxury dealership had stopped this type of behaviour and contempt towards customers especially in the current climate, don't think they will have people queuing outside their doors looking to purchase an expensive vehicle. Avoid plenty of better BMW or luxury dealership available !
5 star service from start to finish - Dylan was fantastic and extremely helpful, a real credit to the company. Managed to turn around from enquiry to the car sitting on my driveway including delivering it from the dealership in just a couple of days. Would very very highly recommend here - I've bought many cars previously and the service from here has been truly second to none, it will definitely be my go-to in the future!
gave BMW Lloyd Motors Colne a deposit on a lovely BMW - which was promised by their salesman to be 100% immediately refundable for any reason. guess what happened? it wasn't refunded for 10 days. i sent emails to the salesman and they were ignored, but during the 'selling' process they were responded to within 2 mins. the sales manager called me and was very angry and hostile and unpleasant accusing me of daring to buy another car elsewhere. it was an upsetting phonecall so obviously i didnt feel right buying a car for a huge amount of money if some was being like that to me. seriously - who would spend a house deposit amount on a car if someone from the BMW main dealer is making you feel upset and arguing with you?
I usually deal with bowker bmw blackburn but from now on all of my cars will be going to lloyds bmw colne. Thanks to the service advisor Saad who took care of my car and he gave me top service. Bowker are so awkward compared to these guys. Top people in colne. Will definitely be using regularly. Thanks again.

Our car was in for recall work the 2 days before Christmas, had it returned with the works apparently completed but now has a battery charge fault due aux belt fitting incorrectly that came off almost taking the water pump belt with it bmw won't offer a curtasy car or any other moad of transport or get bmw assist out to help .. had to get RAC out to refit belt but say its too damaged to run and must be picked up on a flatbed truck to go back to BMW !!! So now we are stuck home without transport until the new year .. Merry Christmas BMW thanks for destroying our Christmas plans i still hold hope you don't ruin our new year too , do the right thing and fix your mistakes
