Absolutely brilliant! I had some recent nerve compression issues which Jill and Kate both managed to resolve. Their knowledge is second to none and I would not hesitate to recommend them. If I ever need more treatment this will be the first place I'll look, without question.
I was totally worried about my knee injury. It was getting worse, but Jill was brilliant. After a thorough examination, she diagnosed the problem and explained everything to me, which was a great relief, as I had no idea what was wrong. I originally booked acupuncture with her, on a friends recommendation, She gave me acupuncture after checking my injury and instructions on how to treat it until my next appointment. A week later I was walking without pain. I would totally recommend Castleford Physiotherapy. They have been absolutely fantastic.
Jill is a lovely girl & puts you at ease. I went to her with pain in my thigh & hip unable to walk very far at all. After a few sessions was much better and after carrying on with exercises at home am now going longish walks without pain. Thanks Jill.
I can't praise Jill highly enough for the excellent treatment both my wife & I have received for back,hip & neck problems. She has got two old codgers back enjoying our walking again. Also very grateful for empathy & understanding Jill showed to my Wife living with Alzheimers. Won't hesitate to book in for more treatment as required.
Really Happy that the issue effecting my knee was identified immediately by Jill. Rehabilitation program put in place and within a week I saw a Big improvement and after 2 weeks the issue has now been resolved so I recommend Jill and her team highly after my speedy recovery.
Jill was fantastic, I have been suffering with a shin splint in my right leg as a result of taking up running over the last year during lockdown and she has been so helpful in terms of pinpointing the issue, working on exercises to help it and of course to stop it from coming back repeatedly. She is professional, friendly and welcoming - the person I spoke to initially on the phone before my appointment with Jill was also great and really helpful when I was explaining my injury to her. I had my final session yesterday and I am already seeing improvement but I can't thank Jill enough for all her help, I would 100% recommend her to any one with an annoying injury of any kind!

I can honestly say, I don’t know what I would do without Jill to rescue me from hip pain shoulder pain neck pain back pain…you name it…thank you once again.
Jill is a great physiotherapist. Always has time to explain possible causes for injuries and provides treatment solutions that are carried out to a very high standard in a very clean enviroment. Follow up appointments are readily available as Jill and team also offer late afternoon early evening appointments. Personal aftercare plans also provided. Prices are very competitive. Been using for several years now and treatments manage my issues. Give this team a try you will be very satisfied !
Went to see Jill with a very painful torn hamstring. Combination of her direct treatment, targeted exercise routines and advice soon had me back on my and feet and training again. What Jill also gave me was the knowledge and confidence to get back to what I was doing without fear of further damage or a repeat, which was as valuable as the treatment itself. Highly recommend.
