I went in on a busy Saturday and the ladies there couldn’t have been more helpful! They worked with me, explained all of the options and services free in store delivery, automatically added the item to a basket for me online to reserve the stock, made me aware of the current promotion. Ultimately, I wanted to give them my business and I’m confident that with their product knowledge and advise I’ve made a good choice for my wife’s present! Thanks to the ladies that helped the clueless guy with the structured, wide leg trousers!!! Sorry I didn’t catch your names. This is what retail needs Would definitely recommend.
I think I put my review on the wrong site. Anyway I am nor a confident shopper and I needed to update my autumn/winter wardrobes. The staff were very patient with me and were a dream in showing me their range of clothes especially the cashmere jumpers. I left the shop very satisfied with my purchases . I will definitely return.
Absolutely disgraceful attitude in this store. I’m a 55yr old woman who walked in to this store with a view to purchasing Christmas gifts along with a pair of shoes that I quite fancied for myself. Having spotted a pair of gloves which appeared ideal for what I was looking for the sales assistant approached asking if I needed any help which I declined. She then in an accusatory tone enquired if the cardigan I was carrying over my arm was one of their items. Her tone left a lot to be desired. At this point I walked out of the shop in disgust, minus the items I had wished to purchase. A potential training need?!
My wife & I are on vacation from Florida, she wanted to buy a few presents to take back with us. The staff in the shop were extremely helpful and the shopping experience was a pleasure.All the staff were so pleasant and helpful.We would certainly recommend this store to others. The store is thoughtfully laid out and always has great window displays which draw you in. The staff are always welcoming, helpful and friendly.
Beautiful items a bit expensive but very good quality.
