We sold our house through James Drabble and have been extremely pleased with the communication throughout. James completed all the viewings on our house, consistently provided feedback, and we sold our house very quickly. James Mulhall handled the sale  of our  house and the sale of the house we purchased.  He sold our house  within  an hour of marketing and the whole experience  could not have been  better.  We were kept informed  at all times by James and the rest of the staff  at Brown&CoJHWalters and with  their coordination the whole process  was completed in eight  weeks. We thought  this service was exceptional

James worked hard to ensure that the deed complication was resolved- pushing it near daily when this caused serious delays. He kept me updated and stayed optimistic throughout what was through no fault of their own a very difficult sale. Without his effort I think the sale would have fallen through and I’m so thankful to now be living in such a beautiful house!

If you use this company,  perhaps think about not using James D unless you want to endlessly chase him for information he should have provided. I am sure there are better communicators in that office. Once he has done what has been asked or somebody more proactive can do, I   will amend this review

JHWalter recently dealt with the sale of my house.  From beginning to end they were highly professional and I received an acceptable offer within 3 days.  I dealt primarily with James Drabble and Suzie, who were both fabulous and kept me updated regularly throughout the process. I would highly recommend choosing JHWalter as your selling agent.

JHWalter have been amazing from start to finish selling our bungalow and would highly recommend them. Ellen has been an absolute star. There were a few issues along the way with the other parties involved but Ellen was constantly on the ball keeping track of everyone and keeping us fully informed of everything that was happening. We can't thank Ellen and JHWalter enough for all their hard work.

J H Walter have been exceptional during the process of marketing, selling and completing on the sale of our house. We sold within a week of going on the market and then succesfully kept the sale even through the COVID-19 lockdown; James and Caroline were professional, helpful, friendly, and were genuinely rooting for us to complete the sale - the whole team was fantastic, and I feel like we made friends as well as sold a house.
