Great Gym, the best around by quite a distance. Owner was very friendly and helpful. Got Set up extremely fast. Always seems to be adding to the Gym too.

Awesome new facility for the area with a bit of a difference. Not your normal gym filled with boring machines. Not only can you do a great work out but also learn along the way about nutrition and lifestyle from the enthusiastic owner. I try something different every time, which means it is never boring.

Absolutely first class facility. There's nowhere like it around unless you want to drive 45 minutes or more. Every muscle group can be isolated and Josh lives and breathes fitness so his advice on training and nutrition is awesome. It's the only gym I've been to with a range consisting of an AstroTurf Sled Pull strip to a full range of Kettlebells.

Excellent facility, great atmosphere with everything you could want ranging from functional fitness to weight training. Worth visiting!

The facilities here at JG Performance are perfect, welcoming yet professional and its a much needed boost to the local area - as other facilities only touch on certain aspects of the fitness industry. At JG Performance Fitness you can learn about nutrition, supplements, how to train, attend bootcamps, increase confidence and its all from one person - can create a great relationship which helps keeping on track with your regime.
