Shocking service today. Went in to buy some tools but was completely ignored. When someone eventually spoke to me they were of little help. Everything tied to shelves to prevent theft but makes browsing impossible. Won't be back.

Very poor customer service. If you want to spend your evening worrying about whether you can afford the mortgage this month after being ripped off at Jewsons while you are hoovering up a burst cement bag from your car, then this is the place to go. Don't speak to management, they'll only ruin your day even more.
