They have been so very lovely!nHad problems with my cars twice, have pop in and both times they were extremely helpful. Its rare to find such genuine nice and honest mechanic, will definitely be using them for anything I need for my car!

They don’t give important urgent verbal feedback following full service to loyal customer.nMy cam belt needed changing it was 5k past the recommended mileage. I trusted them to give me important feedback like this. I had no idea.nEnd result my car broke down. Cam belt snapped and engine was eventually written off. My car had still been worth £15k. I broke down in a live lane A road. I phoned them at the site of the break down and they refused to take it. It wasn’t known at the time what the reason was. So they let me down twice and lost me £10k. I now find out locally they are not rated highly for not being thorough and rushing work.nIt’s taken months for me to feel able to leave this review. I was so upset. Female customer expected more.
Jewells garage has been my saviour more than once, brilliant staff.
Visiting family in Crediton and my exhaust heatshield decided to come off on the A38 making a loud rattling sound on my car.nI popped into the garage at short notice and they helped me get back on the road in 20 mins and saved my hearing.nGreat team of lovely people. Outstanding service would highly recommend and use again.
