Been a regular customer for years but now it has changed owners and not the same. Feel the customer service is not as good and previously when made a purchase we were given a lovely gift bag with our purchase but today nothing … not even a paper bag! Please work on customer service to keep this great business the way it was
Recently been taken over ,all new staff apart from one ,they have had my necklace for a month now to be lengthened,the gentleman who I spoke to over the phone was extremely rude ,all very sad
Wonderful shopping experience. The staff could not have been more friendly, attentive and helpful. So many lovely things to choose from.
Ring in to be resized and they decided to re design the whole ring without discussing this with me. This was my fathers ring gifted to myself. Asked them to rectify their mistake and provided another ring to use the gold from. This was my late grandmothers ring and had great sentimental value, however they returned my ring weighing less than what it was originally. Leaving me to question how this could happen. Each time the original weight was noted by them on the jewellers bag they keep it in. They were unable to provide a reasonable response to this and stated they didn’t know who would write this on their own bag. I waited over a month to have my ring returned as they said they were inundated with work, so much so they advised they had stopped taking on repairs at this time. After i complained about the length of time taken, the ring was surprisingly ready 2 days later leading me to believe they rushed the job. They made a horrible mess of my own ring again. Two other independent jewellers could not believe how bad a job was carried out Paid at my own expense to have this disaster sorted elsewhere.
Fantastic jewellers for stock selection and more importantly service. My whole family have shopped at Campbells for decades. Great to see that customer loyalty has kept this family business going even through a pandemic!

Lovely shop with helpful and understanding staff. Have bought many pieces of beautiful jewellery from this shop and never disappointed! Always a pleasure shopping here the staff are all so nice and make it a memorable experience!
I would give them a higher star rating if I could. Friendly and helpful I couldn't ask for more. Highly recommend you try this shop before going to the big impersonal stores in the shopping centres.
Would NEVER recommend this place Rude staff who don't listen and have no sense of customer care. Staff and owner are not bothered if you are satisfied or not.
