Car wash used to be good value. Sadly it’s now doubled in price and the quality is half of what is was. Charged me an addition £10 as it was dirty. This was the reason I was getting it cleaned. £35 for basic wash is a bit spenny.
Review of the car wash: I really like the friendly service here. They do about 6 different was and valet levels ranging from £5 to over £50. I normally go for the £10 and they do a great job inside and out. Not normally a queue but I have had to wait a couple of times, not long though.
Homophobic interaction with the person serving. Refused to show me the product I was purchasing before I bought it. And then pretended they were closed 24 hour despite previously being happy to serve me, due to my request to see the product through the hatch before I tapped my card purchasing. Ignorant and bigoted and angry. Do not go there.
It's a bit pricey for petrol but I suppose that the prices are clearly advertised. The shop is a bit dated and could use sprucing up a bit
Best place to wash your car
Price is extortion.And fuel quality is bad as i have never seen fresh petrol being delivered to this garage. Esso on lea bridge road provide excellent fuel price with fantastic fuel quality. Furthermore there is a morrisons shopping area which provides excellent hot food.
My car broke down while I was in the queue and all the staff were fantastic, they pushed the car back onto the forecourt and the car wash manager managed to fix the problem with my car. So they've saved me a lot of money in garage and recovery fees! Also a good quality car wash at a great price once my car was restarted!
Great petrol station convenience store, fully stocked and most of them are at marked price, so it's a deal though... Hand car wash is super and best wash. The guys are quick and super friendly. It's 24 hours and they have various gas cylinders...
Some any bump Bossman petrol station! 20p more expensive than the super market petrol stations, so only visit if you’re desperate, or wanna get bumped at the car wash!
Im a local resident and this petrol station has been around for more than 20 years. Located on the high road it is easy to find and access for anyone passing the area. This petrol station has a hand car wash on site and also an air machine for inflating tires. The shop itself is pretty small but it does offer most car essentials and also serves as a newsagent/sweet shop/tobacconist. Convenient and reliable.
