Very small store with limited product range. Called in for a quick look on a Sunday. The 1 member of staff never acknowledged us let alone offered any help. He was preoccupied on a computer screen. High Street Retailers need to get their customer offering right if they want to survive.
Well... there's not a lot I can really say to compliment the place. I was quite obviously reslly interested in buying a DJI Mavic Pro Drone, but none of the staff would come up and ask if I wanted any help or if I was interested. I was the only person in the shop and there were 2 staff who weren't busy. They looked at me, but we're just carrying on and talking to themselves and messing about and laughing. I have found this incredibly unprofessional and I will never be coming to this store again. I would've expected a lot more from such an advanced and professional camera shop but quite clearly i was wrong and I am incredibly disappointed in this place.
Left in disgust this morning as they tried to charge me £15 to get some passport photos done. £10 for printed, £10 to have it emailed, or a deal price of £15 for both. If this is how they price all their services they'll be out of business in a year.
Really helpful staff, professional and passionate about photography. I went to pick up a 'collect in store' online order and got some very useful additional advice about the product.
The young man that served us was very helpful they have amazing array of cards if looking for something for everyone and if you think its expensive think again cheaper than works
Good selection but not cheap. Staff are quite formal but very knowledgeable and there's usually a hushed, library type atmosphere there.

I wanted some photos printed from a disc and the staff were very helpful showing me what to do.
