The store much improved since renovation in June 2017. Open space layout, self service printing machines, area for kids to get busy. Good choice for gifts, frames and cameras.
Brilliant customer service! Everyone is extremely pleasant and helpful, absolutely made my evening. We popped in to make visa pictures for my newborn and everyoneespecially Amy, Kenneth,Martin, Allen and manager Tim did their best to make me feel welcome. They assisted me with Xmas photo cards abd other gifts too.
Exceptional customer service!! The sales assistant was extremely patient and made his best efforts to ensure hat I was happy with the final product. I wish more shops had such customer service. Thank you so much!!
Most of the staff in the shop are great and knowledgeable, but the Nikon rep Dave is useless. Couldn't answer any of my questions about the Nikon app and generally had the demeanor that he doesn't care. I've been in twice and had the same experience with him both times.
Kenneth upstairs was incredible, he took amazing passport pictures of my daughter and was friendly and extremely helpful, above and beyond service from him
Amazing service as always, well presented store. Staff knowledge is excellent and reasonable prices!
