I have recently had an appointment with a Nurse Kim C who was so wonderful and really took the time to help me! I was there for a routine appointment but she took note of my additional concerns and was very kind throughout. It is so lovely to know in a system so stressed due to budget cuts, that the good care, empathy, and understanding is not completely lost but was in fact found in an abundance in my appointment with Kim.nnA huge thank you also to the front desk staff - they are all so lovely and are absolutely always trying their very best for their patients, I am anxious around health visits and the warmth of the front desk staff went well beyond their administrative responsibilities!nnThe system is a bit broken but the staff are the ones keeping the care and wellbeing of the patients at heart. They are always trying their very best with the resources and provisions they have, this deserves recognition as a job well done - we would be lost without them.nnThanks again to the whole team.nnAnd special shout out also to Dr Mott who I have not seen this time around but I have seen a lot since I was about 8 and feel the need to say in my review - I have never once had a bad experience with Dr Mott and I am always so grateful for the manner in which he handles patients, as he is efficient, thoughtful, and a wonderful professional.
Poor service ,A big building but hardly any doctors since covid. Very hard to get appointments, you ring up at 8 your 26th in the que please hold ,then to be told they are fully booked today, when you go down the waiting nearly rooms empty.
This is the worse doctors surgery in the area. Clueless reception staff who doesn't put the patient first. Left my husband without medication because they hadn't actioned a letter that was a week old. Absolutely disgusting, how they ever got outstanding on their last CQC report, I will never know!!! Stay well clear
I have been using Jessops for over 10 years now and they have always been brilliant with me, very thorough and even checked in with me to see how I am after operations I had in the last! 5 ***** from menThank you for your continued help and treatment
Very impressed, I got a same day appointment today with Dr Rodrigues. He listened intensely to what I was explaining and I was very impressed with my treatment plan and how much he cared, helped and took me seriously! Thank you
