Jessica Church was recommended to me after successfully treating family and friends. I had been experiencing trauma in my upper back following an injury, which I tried to self-treat with stretching and exercise, but the problem had worsened over the course of a couple of months. As soon as Jess assessed me, she was able to identify the problem and carry out immediate treatment. I could feel the benefits of the deep tissue massage which helped to unblock the tension that had built from the trauma. Jess gave me an exercise plan to manage movement at home and ensure my posture is correct. I have had massages in the past but this was the most effective massage I've ever had, delivering noticeable results and improving my knowledge of self-managing pain. I would love to visit Jess for future maintenance; her practice has a lovely atmosphere and I felt instantly relaxed by her warm and welcoming presence.
Jess came to help me so quickly after I sought her help after falling and badly hurting my knee. She was so knowledgeable and helpful it put me at ease right away and following her advice and exercises my pain is already so much less in just a week, the doctors I saw told me it could be 8-12 weeks. I highly recommend to anyone thinking of going to a Physio to give Jess a call!
Today I met Jess & she has had an enormous impact on me. Badly fractured ankle & immobile for weeks, Jess gave me such hope & encouragement - she’s fantastic! I had to add to this, Jess has been working on me for one week & I am walking with shoes, I couldn’t have imagined this a week ago. Her talent, dedication & encouragement is priceless. I am a total JC fan
