Went for breakfast, which was top quality. The bacon in particular was some of the best I've ever had, whilst you could tell the sausage was made with top quality meat. Went for the regular-sized breakfast rather than the big boy, and think it was the best choice, everything was filling and tasty, setting us up well for the day. My friend had the veggie breakfast, which they said was great too. Slightly pricey, but you can't expect any different from somewhere down south, with top quality, well-sourced meat. The farm shop and butchers looked to be very solid options too, and gave the place a nice feel of authenticity you don't get many other places. Would recommend.

Came for a Saturday breakfast with the family. It took quite a while for the coffees to arrive and by the time the breakfast arrived the coffees were finished, the toast eventually arrived as our plates were almost cleared... The breakfast itself is nothing to write home about and the sausage wasn't very meaty, a shame as I thought this would be the star of the show at a butchers. Its not that the breakfast was bad, it was just OK and when you're paying over £40 for breakfast you expect something a bit better than that. We have been a few times in the past and it's always been the same. It's a shame as I want to support local businesses!

Fantastic rustic setting with an incredible menu. Plus a huge meat and cheese counter to boot! I had the Eggs Benedict. Absolutely delicious!

Just our luck. Arrived at 2.30 as walk in customers. Ordered after a huuuuuuuuge party of 30+ so we had to wait 50 mins for our roast. Had I been the manager I would have said serve the table of 2 now. Obvious really as we were the only other order. The service was a tad lacklustre our way, but I guess they were under pressure. Food very good.
