Perfect location where you can see them making the ice cream from the cows being milked in the barn. A few other animals live here too. I loved the cheeky goats. Back on to the reason for the visit. The ice cream, literally the best ice cream ever. A choice of cones or tubs and an array of flavours that change daily. The scoops are good sizes and for about £4 you get a good dose of jersey cow goodness. There is covered outdoor seating with a good view of the courtyard and shop. They also sell other local produce and have a smokehouse with seating round the back. Sadly we were too early in the day to sample that. Well worth a visit for any ice cream lover. Loads of off road parking too.
Perfect location and very friendly and helpful people who work here. They have a few things going on here all new and and on one location with plenty of of road parking. Ice cream is made from there own live stock. The farm is open to the public. They held a halloween event for the local community and a pumpkin pick and carving theme all set out for the kids. Plenty of animals for you to see and you literally tend to the farm animals.
Great ice cream, made right on the farm.nnA bit of a wait because it was a hot sunny day in the school holidays, but they had enough people serving that the queue was dealt with efficiently.nnFresh tasting, good mix of classic and unusual flavours, and not overly sweet.nnThe cows that make the milk for the ice cream are right there for you to look at. This is as fresh as it gets!
Delicious fresh Ice-cream, loads of flavours to choose from. The staff were very pleasant too. Was nice to sit in the sun an look over at the Jersey cows very cute!nDoes tend to be a location that attracts lots of kids so if you ain't a fan of screaming children then maybe go at a different time than school holidays nnPhoto: x1 scoop Party ring flavour + x1 scoop Cookies and Cream, HAD to have 2 scoops
Lovely little farm, and super nice staff they made us and the kids feel very welcome. They even moved things around so we could get a good picture thank you to the lady that did that for us will definitely visit again!
