Yesterday was my first time ordering from Jennifer's Flower’s & Gifts. I spoke with Karim who took my order. She was very friendly and professional and ensured me same day delivery. I ordered the Garden of Memories plant for a Sympathy gift which was delivered within the hour. The plant was lovely. Great service. Thank you so very much Karim. Jennifer's Flowers is AMAZING!!! I sent three bouquets of flowers for Mother's Day to my mum, husband's mum and grandmother and all 3 mums were so pleased not just with the arrangement, but with the colors, presentation and freshness of the flowers. My mum is still sending me pics!!! Thank you for making 3 mums very happy this year!!! Note: The flowers don't look exactly like the pics shown on their website but the substitutions were really great! I also had a slight problem with one delivery that was late, I called and they rushed it over right away. Great customer service
I ordered a bouquet for my Grandmother from Jennifer's and they did not disappoint. I ordered 12 minutes before their same day delivery cut off and honestly, I was VERY impressed with what they put together in such a short period of time. They sent me multiple email updates during the day on the progress of the flowers and even called me when they were delivered. I went for a higher priced bouquet because my grandmother had just returned home after spending two months in the hospital. So I really wanted something to brighten up her day and Jennifer's really helped capture that for me. I am a loyal person when it comes to services like this! I will 110% be using them again for future purchases and definitely recommend them.
My husband had this beautiful arrangement swnt to me, and it lasted 8 days. The roses were perfect the whole time. I used to own a flower shop in downtown Oakville, so I am a vit more critical than most, but this was beautiful. Very fresh flowers and obvious care taken. The only complaint I have is that my husband requested they be delivered to the back door, but they were left on the front porch in the sun. Great staff, great care, well priced. Would highly recommend this flower shop.
Jennifer's flowers were great! I originally wanted the flowers to be delivered but due to circumstances I couldn't be there for delivery. Jennifer's flowers accommodated me and allowed me to do a pick up. They delivered on what I wanted and the flowers were beautiful! My sister got tons of compliments at her graduation. I have used Jennifer flowers twice before and it was absolutely fine. They do a great job as met my expectations. I will order from Jennifer flowers if i can in the future =
Jennifer's Flowers has been my family and I's flower shop for year and I dont think we will ever go anywhere else. From mother's day, to birthday, graduations, proms and who else knows what they have always been their and never ever have disappointed us. This Mother's Day I forgot about getting flowers and I called at 2:40pm while i was at work to see if they had anything although they had limited flowers left they made a beautiful arrangement in under 30 mins, I was able to pay over the phone and pick up was quick and easy. I never have a problem with the service provided, they have always been amazing to us. Jennifer's Flowers you guys are amazing, thank you for all the hard work you guys are amazing, and continue to be so.
Shop lady was really nice helped my cousin and his gf out in choosing a thank you bouquet for my mom. Flowers were fresh pic was taken a day or two after purchase. Also vase in my pic is my own vase.
