Really good soft play area, perfect for younger and older kids! Much bigger than most other soft play areas and more accessible to toddlers! Reasonably priced for 2 hours play! Friendly staff and the whole place is nice and clean! Food is good too! We took our grandkids aged 3 and 6 and they were able to play together in all areas!
Been going here for a number of years now. So much for the children to do. Climbing wall is free as well. Staff are always hard working, polite and happy to help. No limit on play time, could definitely make a full day of it.
Brilliant play area, the children have many activities to do whilst there. The adults can enjoy a brew from the cafe. The only downside to it is that the carpark is very small and you don't have many places around to park as it's busy with staff cars from businesses around it.
It's not to bad here at all, the littlen love's it. She loves trying to get to the top of the wall when she's bigger maybe The food's basic and easy but the kids like generally like it. They could up there Tea game a bit but all in all it's pretty good
took my two kids today and it was amazing. they had so much fun, the staff were lovely with us, so polite and welcoming. i will most definitely be returning in the future

Overpriced both entry £9 for over 12m and refreshments all extra facilities like air hockey is paid extra... There is only one small area for babies which is enough for 5min. Parking is small and horrible. Lady at front desk was to busy eating to explain what's what. Just pointing us with finger where to sign and pay. No thank you we won't be back.
Generally one of the better soft play centres in the areas. Plenty of seating, a dedicated under 1 area as they constantly keep announcing over one of the speakers, toddler area and one for bigger kids. Adults can easily get involved as there is plenty of head room. They also have a climbing wall which is included for free. There also mini golf and electric go karts but they are not free. Plenty of food and drink to choose from, but pricing but you expect that in these sorts of places. In terms of negatives... Parking is not great, spaces are small and there not enough given the size of the place. They charge for any kid over the age of 1, which is steep considering I came here with my 1, 2 and 10 year old on a Saturday and it cost nearly £20! They should considering better pricing levels instead of free for under 1 and then everyone else! The staff do their best to keep the place clean. But the tables, high chairs and floor in general is horrible. The toilets also stink. Maybe someone should consider cleaning them more often given the number of kids running about! I'd recommend coming early morning or a weekday when they charge less.
Took my granddaughter today and she loved it!!! It was such a good experience and the staff were lovely to us both! It was such a welcoming environment. Will be returning
Went today for the 1st time. It was busy, but the kids loved it. Staff are excellent, too, and could have stayed all day for the price, so it was excellent value. Only down side is that parking is not great.
