I love the simplicity of this ice cream shop. They only serve vanilla so it’s a good job it’s very tasty! You can add clotted cream for 40p. At first this seemed like it might be too much but I went for it and you should too - what a combo! It’s cash only so take some out before you go.
The most authentic place, just vanilla and clotted cream, but wow so tasty! as I went there so many times during my short stay in Newlyn I saw all the friendly faces serving, the best!
We go to Jelberts every year for the past years but this year after spending over £30 on ice creams for me and my family I was very disappointed It seemed to be full of ice particles and no where near the usual creamy flavour that we have experienced in the past. Disappointed

Served in pots rather than cones at the moment due to Covid but the same delicious ice cream. Only one flavour vanilla but the best ice cream you can eat.

Jelberts ice cream. The only ice-cream parlour that I know that only sells one flavour ice cream and you don't care. This is because Jelberts vanilla ice cream is delicious and home made and is the only flavour you want. Add clotted cream and a flake and you enter ice cream heaven.
