A little bit on the expensive side, but generally good quality products. Store is nicely laid out, if a little cramped in places. Well lit, airy and a comfortable environment. Staff are generally well mannered.
No a very good day???? Took twice out my bank. Complained but sed didn't showed my account. So put back in to my account 9 days later still not had it. So rang. Not good service. Need to train staff lot better. All young kids with no manners or way with people.
The best shop for sportswear in Town centre. Just wish it was bigger! Can't browse in peace without moving out the way for someone to get past. JDS move to a bigger store
I watched while the served my 10 year old grandson he used his manners please and a thank you the sales assistant didn't say a word to him. So RUDE they do not deserve have customers. And to top it off when we got home she had left one of the security tags on the bag ,when I called in with it no apology for having to go back to store with the item.
Absolutely shocking customer service. While looking at footwear for my 2 sons employees kept looking at us as though we were shoplifters. Yet when we actually wanted help with getting another size they were no where to be seen. Asked for help to then have to wait another 10 mins while he finished putting up posters!!. Then asked for help on clothing from another boy and he literally ignored me and walked off. In the end I just left. Seems it is run by a bunch of youngsters who just can't be bothered not all I'm sure some are helpful there...I've just never experienced them
Hard to maintain the 2 meter rule in here, a young lad who helped to get shoes from the back didn't look very happy about us asking for help but the other 2 girls working on shop floor were very helpful and happy.
My favourite shop so of course I'm going to rate it 5!
Rubbish customer care/service! I went in to buy a pair of shoes for my daughter, I selected the styles I required and proceeded to wait close to ten minutes for a colleague to walk past and had to request their assistance when finishing with current customer. The whole time I was waiting two girls were serving one man at till, and made zero attempt to offer any help or acknowledge that I was waiting. Extremely disappointing.
The staff are miserable and useless, how this shop makes money with these members of staff I have no idea. I placed an order online. Had the email saying it's ready to pick up. Went in waited in the queue. Young girl then served me. I said I have a parcel to pick up and gave her my sir name. She asked me for ID. I showed her my driver's licence. She looked at it and then proceeded to ask if this was my name!! Um no, it's the next person in the queue! Of course it is! Off she went to get my order. Must of been 7-8 minutes later she came back. Asked me if I had received a text message, to pick the item up. I explained I had an email, showed her and she took the order number. Went off again. 10 minutes later no sign of her. A young boy then asked me for the order number again, off he went. 7-8 minutes later he comes back and asked what I ordered. Off he goes again. A 3rd person asked if I had had a message, again I explained. Eventually the boy came back with my item, and once again asked to see my ID! Not a very good experience at all. In general the shop needs a good tidy up or revamp. Behind the till area is always messy and cluttered
For me not the best selection of clothes at the moment.
